Download the free trial version of Coolmuster Android Assistant. Save the file to your desktop.

Connect your HTC Touch to your computer using the device's USB cable. Allow the device to automatically launch the Windows Mobile Device Center. If the program doesn't automatically launch, click the Start menu orb, open "Program Files" and click "Windows Mobile Device Center."
