-- To make the powerful Mac mini Server, now you don't need to change the size. Just through the Netstor Thunderbolt™
solution NA381TB, the Mac mini Server can now easily become a shared data center for all Mac family via the high-speed Fibre Channel or 10GbE SAN network. Furthermore, by the PCIe expansion function of NA381TB, the I/O capabilities are significantly increased through single Thunderbolt™
connection. The Netstor NA381TB is the world's first Thunderbolt™
storage dedicated to Mac mini Server; only with the NA381TB plus the Mac mini Server can it truly show what a real Mac server is.
The Netstor Thunderbolt™
RAID storage and PCIe expansion NA381TB is designed to have twenty-four (24) hot-swappable trays for 3.5-inch HDD and up to 3 PCIe slots expansion supporting high-performance full-length, full-height PCI Express cards to work with Mac mini Server. Any PCIe card with Thunderbolt™
aware driver can be freely installed in NA381TB to be recognized by Mac mini Server; being a shared data center for SAN, for high-speed access purpose, fast PCIe network interface card like FC or 10GbE networking card can also be easily added in NA381TB to make FC/10GbE network function enabled for Mac mini Server in support of connecting to other clients including the new Mac Pro, the iMac, the MacBook Pro, and the desktop Mac Pro.
Unlike the standard rackmount server, the Mac mini Server in nature can't be well stabilized on a standardized 19-inch rack cabinet; in view of this, the Thunderbolt™
NA381TB is planned to fit the 19" rack for providing a secured setting for the Mac mini Server. Additionally, each room in the NA381TB enclosure is highly efficiently arranged for utilities with specifically designed airflow ventilation ensuring Mac mini Server and all components with most excellent cooling efficiency.
