Total Buick sales grew 25 percent over last year’s October numbers, marking the 18^th month in a row that Buick retail sales have increased in the U.S. A number of different Buick models contributed to the sales increase, including the Buick Regal midsize sedan, which posted a 47 percent total sales increase year-over-year.

“Customers are really taking notice of our fully refreshed product line and sales showrooms, along with Buick’s continued commitment to quality,” said Brian Sweeney, vice president of Buick Sales and Service. “And with our revamped 2014 LaCrosse and Regal models filtering into dealers, we’re looking at a very positive close to 2013.”
