Be there both days from 8:00PM to 12:00AM as each performer brings their unique sound to the stage.

First up on November 5th are Jesse Barnes and Yvonne of Take Berlin. After meeting by chance in both Brooklyn and Berlin, Jesse and Yvonne decided to form Take Berlin in the winter of 2011. Fairly new to the music scene, Take Berlin draws inspiration from the writing of Louis L’amore and the interpretive style of Joao Gilberto. The duo creates sparse arrangements and hazy textures with the use of an acoustic guitar and Wurlitzer electric piano.

She studied Middle Eastern culture and traveled the world before the age of 18, when she began teaching herself how to play the guitar. Moving back to Texas to start her singing-songwriting career at age 21, Tadros has since been recognized for her music mix of folk, pop, Mexican and Middle Eastern influences.
