LADERA RANCH, Calif. - Oct. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- I may be wrong here, but I'm under the impression that when you take money and give nothing back or give a very poor user experience - that's kind of evil. In fact I would be so brave to say that it is kind of criminal or at least called a scam.

Maybe not evil, but criminal at least.

What is a criminal anyway? It's someone who takes money and does nothing in exchange or worse, beats you up or hurts your reputation in some way and then doesn't let you talk to them or face an accuser, in other words an anonymous source.

Okay but that’s a different story, that's not really Evil. What are you referring to when you say evil, you ask?

Would taking thousands of dollars and then tossing a client out be evil?

Let me paint a picture. What if you went into a court and sat down and the judge just said "Guilty!" without ever listening to you, without letting you talk and tell your side of the story, without a named accuser, without a specific crime, and slammed the hammer down and off you went for a hanging.

That's kind of Evil.

My Client (a 24 Hour Tech Support Company) has employed over 800 people overseas, paid Google over $100,000 (100 thousand dollars) to their Adwords advertising department and been shut down twice without specifics and has had their money taken for months and their ads approved by Google staff every step of the way - so why the sudden evilness?

Yesterday their whole account was shut down with less than 24 hours notice of any wrong doing and given no chance to (with a fairly decent budget still remaining on their account) for "major violations". When asking what these "Major violations" they wouldn't say.

Wow. If I did this to my clients I would go broke. Get out of my office you screwed up - oh, and I'm taking your money too by the way. .

Oh yeah, and all of the ads have been "Pre-Approved" by Google - so how can there be nebulous major violations?

We were totally willing to correct any issue they found with our site. We were willing to fix anything. But we are told there is no recorse and no way to get an account back into good standing.

And to that Judge, what if you said "Guilty of what?" and they said "Major Violations" and you said what violations? And they said "We Can't Tell You That". And you personally knew that there were no Major Violations.  So you were sentenced to hang by some unknown accuser for some unknown "Violation" without recourse and with

And what if you had done all of Google's tests and saw no major violations yourself?

Well before you use Google Adwords, I suggest you cover your assets, and be willing for them to give you the Google "slap". They are so infamous for.
