MSI’s Casiere and Colucci take up additional roles and responsibilities

Mobility Services International (MSI) has named Barbara Casiere as vice president, Governance and Quality Assurance and Tom Colucci has assumed the role of vice president, U.S. Services.

HAMPTON, N.H. - Oct. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- MSI’s Casiere and Colucci take up additional roles and responsibilities

Mobility Services International (MSI) has named Barbara Casiere as vice president, Governance and Quality Assurance.

In this role, Barbara manages MSI’s governance-based quality initiatives and drives quality improvements across the organization. She ensures that MSI is delivering the highest quality of service to its clients.

Prior to this, Barbara was vice president, U.S. Services, where she planned and directed the company’s U.S. strategic and operational activities to maximize client satisfaction and MSI’s growth and profitability. She also headed MSI’s U.S. operations management team and Client Services teams.

Barbara has more than 17 years of relocation and real estate experience.  She is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC), from which she has received her Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) designation as well as her Global Mobility Specialist™ (GMS) designation.

Tom Colucci has assumed the role of vice president, U.S. Services.

In this role, he plans and directs the company’s U.S. strategic and operational activities to maximize client satisfaction and MSI’s growth and profitability. In addition, Tom supports MSI’s continued growth by identifying, growing, and managing MSI’s critical supply chain partner resources, including real estate brokers, household goods agents, appraisers, and inspectors.

Tom has more than 25 years of relocation and real estate experience. He is an active member of Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC), from which he received his Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) designation and a Meritorious Service Award.
