WSN Partners With National Pro Fastpitch Players

Oct. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- (Fort Myers, FL)—WSN247.com (http://www.wsn247.com/), the leading online news magazine devoted to women's sports, announced that it has partnered with 12 National Pro Fastpitch athletes to provide an online home for those players, giving fans the opportunity to learn about the lives of these amazing women. Many are coaching for universities around the country, while others head overseas to continue playing professionally in Japan. Each of the women will have their own blog page, which will also be linked to their team and personal websites.

Fans can follow their favorite players using two new features on : an interactive map and an athlete grid. The interactive map shows where the athletes are located in the off-season and are represented by their team logos. Click on the logo to bring up the player's bio and a photo gallery. The pop-up box will also link to their personal blog and social media pages. The athlete grid displays thumbnail photos of all the NPF contributors to WSN.  By selecting an athlete, you will be able to access their blog as well as their social media pages.

Featured NPF players, including Alisa Goler, Amanda Kamekona, Angeline Quiocho, Brittney Lindley, Dorian Shaw, Hillary Bach, Jordan Taylor, Kristyn Sandberg, Lauren Lappin, Michelle Gascoigne and Samantha Marder are joining WSN regular contributor, Kimi Pohlman. Together, they will work with WSN to reach the most influential demographic of consumers, expose themselves to worldwide brands and communicate with fans, both current and prospective.
