Lindsey Marsh Joins Wick Phillips as Associate

DALLAS - Oct. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Wick Phillips (http://wickphillips.com/), a full-service business law firm with offices in Dallas, Fort Worth and Austin, Texas, announces that Lindsey Marsh (http://www.wickphillips.com/lindsey-marsh) has joined the Dallas office as an Associate on the Complex Commercial Litigation team.  Marsh’s responsibilities will include commercial business litigation, commercial real estate and providing counsel to clients involved in a variety of civil business disputes.

Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Marsh was a student attorney for the SMU Federal Taxpayers Clinic. She also served as the Administrative Managing Editor of the SMU Law Review and was elected student representative for the Dallas Bar Association. In addition, she interned for Justice Elizabeth Lang-Miers, Texas 5th Court of Appeals and Judge Ken Molberg, Texas 95th Civil District Court.

Marsh graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. from TCU, cum laude from the SMU Dedman School of Law and also studied European Union and United States comparative law in a study-abroad program at the University of Vienna School of Law.
