The latest housing numbers indicate that construction activity and home sales are robust. Additionally, the most recent data available from the Standard & Poor’s/Case-Shiller index reveal that all 20 tracked cities posted year-over-year gains, including the Chicago market, where home prices rose 7.79 percent in July from a year earlier. In Pinehurst, one lucky buyer can claim a Danford III, scheduled for November move-in. The Danford III offers 1,998 square feet and is priced at $299,972.

Hillcrest and Jordan
