“The breathtaking scope, complexity, and theatrics of this scam and these con men rival any Hollywood movie.” --Kamala Harris, Attorney General for the State of California

UNTIL SOMEONE GETS HURT is the bizarre true story about a multi-layered crime spree and murder by a master criminal enterprise, a/k/a the “Dark Prince” and his gang of grifters. Sherrie Lueder and co-author Tyson Wrench (former friend and now victim of the con men), along with Lueder’s literary team, Kim Hansen (Gilbert, AZ) and Dawn Taarud-Martinez (Las Vegas, NV), untangle the threads of a decade long crime spree filled with twists, turns and jaw-dropping revelations in this riveting true crime book. The book details the sex scandal involving a once-famed San Francisco stockbroker and impoverished under-age Mexican boys, forgery, theft, art scheme, jewel heist, stolen identity, real estate schemes involving millions, and murder. With a cast of characters drawn from San Francisco’s Castro District, the readers follow the “Dark Prince” and “the Boiz” as they go from one con to the next—until a brazen act leads to the murder of wealthy gay Palm Springs socialite Cliff Lambert—friend to many celebrities. Then fasten your seatbelt for the dramatic courtroom trials that no one predicted, and the shocking ending that no one expected—not even the Judge.
