| Ambassador Announces New SurveyMonkey IntegrationReferral Marketing software company Ambassador is proud to announce new integration with SurveyMonkey. Users can power surveys with referral marketing to make the Net Promoter Score® actionable.
By: Ambassador The Net Promoter Score® (http://www.netpromoter.com/ The NPS® is calculated by subtracting the percentage of "Promoters" from the percentage of "Detractors," A "Promoter" is considered anybody that responds to the Net Promoter Score® survey question with a 9 or a 10 and is thought of as a loyal customer. "Detractors" A "Passive" is anybody that responded with a 7 or an 8 and are considered indifferent customers who are susceptible to a competitor's goods or services. SurveyMonkey already provides a survey template for creating and administering the Net Promoter Score® survey. In a matter of minutes, marketers can distribute a NPS® survey to their entire customer base. The marketer can then download their survey responses to a spreadsheet to easily calculate the NPS®. By leveraging Ambassador's 3rd party integration, SurveyMonkey recipients that respond to the NPS® question with a 9 or a 10 will instantly be added to Ambassador's referral marketing software as a brand Ambassador. Brand Ambassadors are given a special url and social sharing buttons. Brand Ambassadors are able to earn, and sometimes distribute, rewards by referring their friends. "We're really excited to announce this integration," The new integration with SurveyMonkey brings the total number of Ambassador's 3rd party integrations up to 19, and the team doesn't plan on slowing down. "Referral marketing is an amazing revenue channel," said CTO Chase Lee. "It's our job to make it unbelievably easy for marketers to tap into that referral channel, and reward their loyal customers for doing what they are already doing - talking about their favorite products online." Ambassador currently has over 400 customers and is based in the Metro Detroit area. The company is just under 4 years old. End
