Godwin, a North Carolina native, is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. As an ECU alumni, Godwin is a member of the Pirate Club and an avid ECU sports fan.  Godwin has served on Treasury of the Wake County Autism Society and has also served on the Board of the Mariposa School, a school in Cary that provides intensive and individualized instruction to children with Autism. In addition to his work with Autism, Sean has also served as President of the Triangle Down Syndrome Network.
