Omnific Publishing Inks Deal with Popular Smashwords Author for The Vice & Virtue Series

LOS ANGELES - Sept. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Omnific Publishing is thrilled to announce they have signed Denver author Bianca Giovanni for a planned five book series. Early versions of the story were published on the popular site Smashwords, where they have gained some impressive stats:  the intro short, First Dance, is the most downloaded erotica romance book on the site. What will become Book Two (Vice, Virtue, & Video) and Book Three (Man of the Year) are the #1 and #4 highest rated in erotica romance on Smashwords, and Vice, Virtue & Video is the highest rated in both general romance and erotic. It's also the 2nd highest rated book in fiction and the 3rd highest rated book in all of Smashwords. Books #4 and #5 are in development now with the Omnific editorial staff for release in late 2014.

Ms. Giovanni is no stranger to Omnific. She says, "Wallbanger is my favorite book and I've often described Alice Clayton as my spirit animal."   Another big inspiration was On the Island by Tracey Garvis-Graves, which she says has a huge influence on her narrative style.

Book one, Revealed, is scheduled for release in January 2014.

Synopsis of Revealed:

James and Lola have been next door neighbors and best friends since elementary school. James, who is three years older than Lola, has always been the ultimate player while Lola was a total nerd. When we meet them in Revealed, James has moved to L.A. where he is a rising star in the porn industry and Lola is getting ready to graduate high school. James flies out to see her and spend time with her after her prom, but while he's home, his parents find out about his career and kick him out of their lives. Lola is there for him and he stays at her house, where the sexual tension builds as they start to realize they're attracted to one another. James is nervous that he will seduce Lola, who is a virgin, so he returns back to California to try to focus on his career and the wild girls in the porn world. Lola comes out to visit him after her first week in college and she attends a party thrown by the owner of Sin Cinema, the production company James does the majority of his scenes for. She meets several porn stars, including James' best friends Chad and Alejandro, two stars in the gay porn world, and his professional rival, Ethan Dane. During this visit Lola sees one of James' movies for the first time and this leads to an intimate moment where James gives her her first orgasm. The next morning, both are feeling confused by the new emotions they have for each other and Lola gets upset when James reveals that he had a threesome with two of his co-stars the week before her visit. Soon, she calms down and tries to tell herself that it's not her business because James is not her boyfriend, but the lingering attraction remains.
