Downtown Las Vegas Listing Closes Escrow

LAS VEGAS - Sept. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Congratulations to David Martin of Keller Williams Realty Southwest.

He has successfully listed, sold and closed the property at 4025 Esmerelda Avenue Las Vegas, NV 89102.

Due mainly in part to David's skills and knowledge of the Las Vegas real estate market, he was able to secure an offer from a bona fide buyer in 20 days.  The Seller was asking $120,000.  David received and negotiated an offer acceptable to the Seller for a sales price of $120,000.  The property closed escrow in 30 days.  This particular property was an Equity which means it varies and requires special skills compared to other types of transactions in the Las Vegas real estatemarket.   David has the uncanny ability to help his Seller Clients net the most money possible in the shortest amount of time.  Attention to detail in marketing, relationships with other top producers in the business and working with one of the top real estate coaches in Las Vegas has lead to the many successes this real estate agent is experiencing.
