Lindi Lauren Keeps Her Supermodel Body by Pole Dancing

Lindi Lauren Hawaii’s top swimsuit model believes Pole dancing is tons of fun and can be a great sensual workout to tone the body. She says regular work on a pole can help free the mind, improve muscle tone and give you a supermodel body.

Lindi says the “Bunny Dip” is her favorite and reminds her when she was trying out for her job with Playboy. This exercise is great for toning the legs, but also just feeling sexy. The bunny is a basic pole dancing move that has been modified for regular exercise. Doing a bunny dip entails standing with your back against the pole and your knees together. Slowly dip down until your bottom touches your heels, and then open your knees. Rest for two seconds and then rise up slowly until you are standing erect. Lindi said “If you want rock hard butt muscles, this is the exercise for you. As you can see, pole exercises are a great way to build strength so you can have even more fun. And after all...strong is sexy, right?!”
