PRLog --
Metallica has booked themselves a date at the Apollo this September which will come just days before their new 3D film,
“Metallica Through The Never” hits IMAX theatre everywhere on September 27
th.
The historic performance will take place at the world famous Apollo Theater in New York City on September 21
st. The show will feature music from their 30 year career; it will also be streaming live on their own SiriusXM channel “Mandatory Metallica” which launches September 13
th.
More in Metallica news is that there is rumor that the Bay Area boys might possibly be showing up to help celebrate
Mariano Rivera’s retirement with a performance at Yankee Stadium. For 20 years the New York Yankees pitcher has become known as one of the greatest closers of all time and by his entry to the mound being fueled by Metallica’s “Enter Sandman”.
Although it has not been confirmed yet that they would be performing for the ceremony, reporters find it convenient that Metallica will be performing at the Apollo the evening before this game.
We also might be seeing a Metallica tour in support of their new movie sooner than later. The Soundtrack from the 3D film will be released on September 24
th. All Good Seats will have current Metallica Tour tickets as well as Apollo Tickets right here:
