Lord Neil B Gibson and his firm LNBG LLC has begun development of both the physical building and campus specifications as well as the team structuring, through the addition of Jon Licata  as President of Retail Sales and Marketing.   Mr. Licata adds more than ten years of industry experience, serving as an ambassador instructor with Front Sight,  the largest firearms training school in the United States. Front Sight has trained more than 40,000 students this year, and hasseen  student membership double every year for the past 17 years.  The organization currently boasts over 100,000 lifetime members. Front Sight  has expressed interest in Saber to produce a much as 15 million private labeled rounds annually at their current student demand.

The growing need for ammunition manufacture is explosive as ammunition shortages have been seen all over the country.  Saber has been meticulous in crafting working relationships with all those tied to the distribution of ammunition, and the supply chain.  Through developing open lines of communication to shooting ranges, gun shops, training schools, ammunition and gun retailers, gun show vendors, the National Association for Gun Rights (NAGR,) Saber has cemented the process that will provide accessibility to their products at every available level.   Ongoing communication with the Shari Buck, the  Mayor of North Las Vegas also gives Saber the access to additional vendors, as Mayor Buck has proven through her past actions to be quite responsive to gun enthusiasts and their needs.

Saber expects to produce more than 320 million rounds annually specifically for the retail market.
