| ![]() Enterprise Corp. is Always Enterprising with an Office Launch and New PromotionsTOWSON, MD -- Enterprise Corp, a sales and marketing firm, is going from strength to strength following on from the launch of a new office and a raft of new promotions for their loyal team members.
By: CLI Digital Media Robert Griffin, who has been promoted to the manager of the branch, will lead it. Originally from Long Island in the State, he studied at Towson University before joining Enterprise Corp. once he graduated as an intern. That was back in March 2012, and since then he hasn't looked back. The first day of business for the branch was on July 1, 2013. Enterprise Corp.’s owner, Enrique, added, "Robert has proven that he has the mettle needed to be an excellent leader. Although he had all of the raw skills and talent that was needed, the training program he participated in showed how he needed to apply these strengths to complement our business model. "He is a perfect example of how a person can join our company, and thrive if they have the right mentality." Robert Griffin isn't alone in his promotion. Others are also savoring their first taste of leadership. One of them is Luca Castelo who became a Field Manager this past June 24. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of West Virginia, and found a great home for his skills with Enterprise Corp. Enrique said, "This job requires an ability to smile throughout the day, take challenges on the chin, make sure you talk to your colleagues and bosses about how to solve problems, and make a good impression with the public. Luca has shown he has all of these qualities, and we're sure this will be the first of many promotions for this wonderful member of our team." Three other promotions were made. Harvey Betts became a team leader on June 28, after just starting with Enterprise Corp. on April 25. Mason Money also assumed the role of team leader on June 28, and received his promotion in the space of just three weeks. Darius Alexander, who joined the company last May 1, also joined the leadership team on June 15. The responsibility of a team leader is to ensure that all of the representatives on a team are able to endorse a product authoritatively and knowledgeably. This isn't easy, and that's why second-to-none leadership skills are essential. They also liaise with the stores that are managed by Enterprise Corp, organize conference calls, and attend leadership conferences across the region and on a national level. Enterprise Corp. Finds Research Provides an Insight into When Shoppers Make Purchases Most Enterprise Corp. is often tasked with keeping an eye on shopping trends for their clients. This ensures that adjustments to teams and campaign locations can be made to suit demand. RetailNext, a company that provides comprehensive in-store analytics, research shows that U.S. consumers are coming out in force during holiday seasons more than ever before. Our business has reflected this trend to ensure that clients get a greater market share, and members of the public have access to the great products we represent. The firm kept track of some 500 cities across America in between Easter Week and Father's Day – resulting in a period that spans from March 24 to June 16. On March 29, it's estimated that there were 47% more shoppers than usual, making shopping precincts enjoy a higher footfall than ever before. This continues to show the relevancy of brick-and-mortar stores in contrast to eCommerce platforms. It's evident that people still want to see, feel and touch the products that they're interested in, and it's this service that Enterprise Corp. provides. Mother's Day also saw a high increase in footfall, especially from Thursday to Saturday, which was the run up to Mother's Day on May 11. There was an increase of 14% in total, showing that many people still make last-minute purchases for that special lady in their life. With online deliveries often unreliable and taking many days to be processed through warehouses, the benefit of transacting with Enterprise Corp. for consumers is how they can get the product to take home with them on the same day. Not many other models allow this to happen, especially when consumers are desperately looking for a special gift at 4 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon, with Mother's Day fast approaching. Enterprise Corp.’s management added, "This excellent research from RetailNext shows exactly why our clients and customers need us, and confirms the business acumen behind launching a new office. We'll be here for future holidays, and will alleviate the pressure many customers feel when they're shopping ahead of the next holiday season." About Enterprise Corp.
