Another Advancement for Team One - Chicago

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - Aug. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Ryan O’Malley began at TEAM One – Chicago ready to start his career. He began his employment with having no prior experience within the Sales and Marketing industry. Ryan was eager to learn and take advantage of the hands on training and mentorship TEAM One had to offer.  

While attended Elmhurst College in Illinois, he double majored in Finance and Economics in hopes to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a top trade representative at the Chicago Board of Trade. After graduation he started to establish his career in which he thought would be his dream. He began working at the Chicago Board of Trade in the S & P options pit, which turned out to be a dying profession. With his father’s accomplishments in mind, he started on his search to find a new career. O’Malley was in search of a company which would offer growth and advancement opportunities on a ‘performance based’ level.

When O’Malley started at the Entry Level he was a bit shy to the program. Once he went through the training process and grasped the concept of the Sales and Marketing industry, he was unstoppable. O’Malley quickly started to network with all the representatives and meet quotas to insure his recognition would not go unnoticed. Soon after, he was being recognized as a top representative earning him both market and national recognition. Account Managers nationwide were reaching out to him in efforts to gain knowledge and better themselves from Ryan’s experiences. His dedication to his own success, drove him to succeed at a rate which was inspiring to many others.

O’Malley’s strongest asset, is his ability to relate to everyone and anyone at all levels. He cares about the office and the growth of the Account Managers that follow him. He has, and continues to instill in others, passion and dedication which has helped lead him to his own success.  “All I knew was that I never wanted to be average. At first I did not know how I would make this happen, but I knew the future held big things for me. I knew the only way I would succeed was with the right determination, effort and passion for what I felt I was capable of accomplishing.” (O’Malley)
