By: Dunphy PR Some of the highlights of Heritage Week include a talk detailing new information gathered from an excavation of Poulnabrone Portal Tomb, a presentation on archaeological discoveries during the ongoing River Fergus Flood Relief Scheme Project, a presentation of a Green Infrastructure Plan & Design Guide for Shannon, a celebration in Killaloe/Ballina focusing on the lives of Brian Boru and St Flannan, a harvest celebration in Miltown Malbay, and a talk exploring the impact of information technology on heritage promotion.
