| Garrette Custom Homes Honored with Building Excellence AwardThe Building Industry Association (BIA) of Clark County announced Garrette Custom Homes has won one of the prestigious 2013 Building Excellence Awards for the best new home in the $500,000- $750,000 price category.

Winners were selected by a panel of industry professionals; Garrette was recognized for its “Cascade” plan. Garrette has developed many popular one level floor plans and the Cascade plan has been one of its most popular. The single-level plan features over 3,000 square feet on the main floor with an added 440 square foot bonus room above the garage.
