KWCG acquires TCSI Networks of California

SAN DIEGO - Aug. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- San Diego, California, (June 30th, 2012)

KWCG announced today that they acquired TCSI Networks of California.  The acquisition of the privately held firm expands the breadth of the KWCG offerings that included expertise and personnel in areas like network security, network storage, network management, and technical staffing.

A leading technology integrator and reseller in Southern California, KWCG was looking to expand its portfolio of clients throughout the Southern California area.  TCSI Networks was a locally owned and operated Information Technology company in Escondido.  They had over 20+ years of combined experience in the industry and provide some of the most innovative and cost effective solutions in the local area. “By combining TCSI Networks expertise to our existing engineering team, I am extremely optimistic that we have become one of the top Technology Consulting firms in the San Diego area. We plan to further expand later this year across the Southwest area of the United States. Offices in Los Angeles and Phoenix are expected to open by the end of next year,” stated Gary Wallin CTO of KWCG.

The TCSI customer base ranges from the home based small businesses to large corporations across San Diego and Riverside counties.  The company has core competencies in Helpdesk, Managed IT Services, Security Systems, and Cabling.  “All of the team are part of the acquisition and I’m excited to be part of a bigger team.  We can offer all our valued customers more than what we did before,” stated Richard Agnew former CEO of TCSI Networks.
