Microsoft infuses culinary delights during Baltimore Fashion Week's press conference

BALTIMORE - Aug. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- The press conference hosted today at 1:00 p.m. at the Microsoft store in Pentagon City in honor of Baltimore Fashion Week is more than just an honor and celebration for the 6^th annual fashion event of Baltimore, but it’s an avenue where today, technology, fashion and food meet in a delectable way.

Not only will the Microsoft store environment be full of technology, information, fashion, FYI-isms, press, media, and photographers, but also the sweet aromas of edible delights hand prepared by the one and only Chef Kermit.

Chef Kermit, is the National Cultural Culinary Advisor for The National Cultural Heritage Tourism Center of Florida.   During the Microsoft press conference Chef Kermit will provide press, media, and guests with a sample of his culinary talents.  These taste samples include: Deconstructed Shrimp and Grits (prawns, camelized onions, asiago grit cake); Bison & Turkey Skewed Meatloaf with Shallot Rings Pesto Gravy with Heirloom Tomato Puree; Curried Butternut Squash and Apple Bisque; and to finish everything off Chef Kermit’s favorite Vanilla Flan and Caramel Sauce, with Raspberry Chantilly Whipped Cream.
