Kody Holdings Acquires Ron Bortnick Ford and Expands Presence in Maryland

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. - July 30, 2013 - PRLog -- UPPER MARLBORO, Maryland—July, 2013-- Kody Holdings an national automotive retailer, today announced that the Company has acquired Ron Bortnick Ford of Upper Marlboro, located in Maryland.

The new dealership will be named Upper Marlboro Ford and will celebrate its grand opening in August.  The  all new Upper Marlboro Ford will offer a larger selection of vehicles for sale at lower prices than the previous dealership. Upper Marlboro Ford will also offer a greater variation of services to the market which will create an improved customer experience.

The Kody Holdings dealerships are located in Southern Maryland.  Upper Marlboro Ford joins a group of 8 Ford, Lincoln, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Pre-Owned dealerships and has been an active Ford Dealership for over 27 years; providing quality Ford products and services.
