Natalie Dickens Joins Prince Frederick Ford's Service Team

When asked what she likes most about working in Parts & Service she stated that he enjoys developing lasting relationships with her customers. The way she ensures this is by “treating people the way you want to be treated; like you would your mother” to ensure that her customer’s needs are met.
Co-worker and Assistant Service Manager of Waldorf Ford Ross Jurgens said “I was her manager 18 years ago and Natalie quickly became a part of the “A-Team” at Waldorf Ford; she will be missed.”
Natalie currently lives in Southern Maryland with her husband Fred of 14 years, and two sons aged 5 and 15 years old and puppy Sasha.

Prince Frederick Ford employs about 50 people, and has part of the community for over 15 years.
