Tanya D. Holland joins Engineered Tax Services as Business Development Director

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - July 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Engineered Tax Services (“ETS”) is very proud to announce that Tanya D. Holland has joined the firm as the newest Business Development Director out of Sarasota, FL.

“Tanya’s knowledge of tax law and vast experience in real estate, development, and construction will complement our ETS team for years to come,” says Julio Gonzalez, CEO of Engineered Tax Services.

She co-managed the market assessment for a Multi-million dollar resort development in the Caribbean and recently oversaw the team and processes for a high-end landscape and environmental entity in Sarasota that was awarded a $10M contract by the city of Sarasota.

She specialized in Process Integration Strategies and was a global leader and senior manager in networking, marketing, training, and consulting with over 18 years of creative experience in client-oriented management and business communications.

Ms. Holland served as Business Development Director for companies in the areas of International Resorts and Commercial and Residential Construction, as well as Business- to- Business Services with local, national, and international companies. She was a Director of Sales Operations for an Advertising and Marketing company whose clients were 4-and 5-star resort developers and operators. Her responsibilities included the management of a Sales Operations budget in excess of $150M and the international Sales Operations teams and processes ranging from $15M - $76M and 101 contracts in one-day sales launch events.

Ms. Holland was also ranked one of the top 1% viewed profiles in the world on LinkedIn in 2012.

She has a J.D. from Mercer University Law School and a B.A. from Wesleyan College. She is a gifted athlete and has invested her passion for charities in the areas of Special Olympics, abused and neglected animals, and most recently in the area of Civil Rights as well as Brides Against Breast Cancer.
