NSA, CIA to Face Lawsuit over Mind Control Technology Use, Echos of Snowden, Assange

“Mind Control” Suit to Be Filed Against NSA, CIA and Department of Defense Officials Over Privacy Violations
•   Echoes of Snowden, Assange
•   Massive civil rights violations using “mind control” technology
•   National intelligence structure to face legal action
•   Threats against US citizen’s family, businesses, resulting from damaging information about Obama administration
Federal lawsuits are being prepared against senior Obama Administration officials seeking redress for using top-secret “mind control” technology and torture against an innocent American citizen who is currently in Costa Rica, inciting him to attempt suicide by slashing his own throat in legitimate protest, John M. Nagel, the plaintiff in the suits being prepared, said.
Nagel is currently representing himself pro se, or on his own behalf, though he is also seeking counsel.
One suit reads, “This lawsuit is being filed to seek injunctive relief and real and punitive damages for the ongoing torture and harassment of John Milton Nagel by the National Intelligence Structure of the United States of America using top-secret “mind control” technology as the means for carrying out this torture, resulting in the deprivation of numerous of Nagel’s civil rights as protected under the Constitution of the United States and tortious intentional infliction of emotional distress against Nagel which incited him to attempt suicide. Nagel’s torture by US government “psy-ops” agents continues unabated as of the date of this filing. Nagel is filing this lawsuit against the directors of National Intelligence Structure of the United States due to their tacit or express approval and oversight of “mind control” torture of Nagel using top-secret psychogenic weaponry against Nagel due to Nagel’s coming into possession of information which is potentially damaging to the Obama Presidential administration.”
The suit adds, “Due to this mental torture, Nagel was incited to attempt suicide by unidentified agents of the CIA-NSA-DOD on Dec. 12, 2012, slashing his own throat at the provacation of CIA-NSA-DOD agents using a knife in front of the offices of La Nacion, Costa Rica’s most important newspaper, in a legitimate protest against the Obama government’s policy of torturing Nagel using “mind control” technology due to the potentially damaging information that Nagel came to possess against the Obama administration. Nagel was rescued and did not die of his wounds, though his jugular vein was cut and he spent several weeks in hospitals. The direct damages claimed later in this lawsuit include medical expenses related to Nagel’s being incited to attempt suicide by the National Intelligence Structure of the United States.
According to the suit, “After-hours CIA “duty officers” of the United States Embassy in Mexico City threatened to kidnap Nagel off the steps of the embassy in front of Mexican police witnesses in September of 2012, also because of the potentially damaging information that Nagel came to possess about the Obama administration.”
CIA agents threatened Nagel at the Mexico City International Airport with murder on at least three different occasions in September-October of 2012, also because of the potentially damaging information that Nagel came to possess about the Obama administration.
CIA-NSA-DOD agents have not only threatened Nagel’s life and livelihood, but have also threatened the life of his 11-year old daughter Anik Nagel Sanchez and her mother, Nancy Olivia Sanchez Rodriguez.
Mind control torture has been carried out against Nagel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, since September, 2012, when Nagel became aware of the information which is potentially damaging to the Obama administration. As of this date, the psychological torture of John Nagel using “mind control” devices has been carried out for nearly 10 months.
Nagel has been subjected to 8th amendment unconstitutional cruel and unusual punishment in the form of torture since September, 2012, due to the potentially damaging information possessed by him against the Obama administration, consisting primarily of “mental torture” using “psychogenic weapons of mass destruction”, also referred to as “mind control” devices.
There is ample evidence that these “mind control” devices are known to exist and function and are a priority in the arsenal of the US Department of Defense, as evidenced by its billion-dollar investments in mind control technology; DARPA is known to have made an least one billion dollars in investment in mind control technology, and some estimates of total CIA, NSA and DOD investments made in mind control technology range up to US$100 billion. This, in combination with scholarly articles, shows that “mind control” technology is viable and it is reasonable to believe that it exists, in spite of the national intelligence structure’s likely denial that “mind control” technology exists.
“Psy-ops”, or psychological operations agents claiming to be working for the CIA, NSA and/or the Department of Defense (DOD) have informed Nagel that he is being tortured using these “mind control” devices which allow “voice to skull” communication using computerized “synthetic telepathy”, which uses technologies such as HAARP, Echelon, Silent Sound Spectrum Spread, UHF and other technologies – all of which clearly and in a willfully vile manner violate the 4th Constitutional Amendment against unreasonable search and seizure by amounting to “mind taps”, as well as the 8th Amendment protection against cruel and unusual punishment, in that (the mere presence of disembodied voices in the skull of the recipient is tantamount to torture, a cruel and unusual punishment on its face).
This NSA and CIA “mind tap” essentially amounted to a situation where the torturers/interrogators took part in the mind control, torture, enslavement, and virtual hostage taking of the victim. Nagel has experienced phenomena such as Stockholm Syndrome, post-traumatic stress syndrome, has been sleep-deprived, has been constantly insulted and harassed, has been threatened with prosecution for alleged offenses which are inadmissible due to breach of protections against unreasonable search and seizure (fruit of the poison tree), and was mistreated in a general fashion by agents using “mind control” technology.
Nagel claims that he has been turned into what is known as a “targeted individual,” not only unlawfully threatened with physical imprisonment by disembodied voices as a result of the “mind tap”, but essentially held psychologically captive and virtually enslaved by his torturers.
Such a “mind tap” has been and continues to be used to provide constant torture by 1 – 5 voices of unknown agents claiming to  be with the CIA, NSA and DOD within Nagel’s skull, humiliating and threatening Nagel with “prosecution for everything {Nagel} ever done” as well as having the goal of “making {Nagel} poor” by destroying his businesses located in Mexico City (Paradise Publishing SRL de CV and its websites Conexionejecutiva.com and Mexidiom.com), as retaliation for Nagel’s supposedly having damaged President Obama’s reputation due to the potentially damaging information that Nagel came to possess.
