About Jobuzu

Jobuzu founder Ricky Gill has been working on the infrastructure for the search engine since late 2011 and has only now been launched. Ricky faced many obstacles and challenges when developing the search engine. Unlike other start-ups Jobuzu has been self-funded and is completely bootstrapped. Ricky Gill is a Microsoft certified systems engineer and has over 10 years’ experience within Windows and Linux administration. Ricky is also has experience in PHP, Sphinx, Lucene and MySQL and has harnessed these skills to develop Jobuzu.

Jobuzu has offices based within Birmingham, United Kingdom and currently employs 5 team members. Since the business is completely bootstrapped our team work within a cloud computing environment which helps keep costs low.
