Virginia District Chooses TIPWeb Instructional Material Management Software

New System to Help Mecklenburg County Public Schools Increase Efficiency, Monitor Inventory Needs

AUSTIN, Texas - July 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Austin, Texas - July 8, 2013 - Mecklenburg County Public Schools in Virginia has selected TIPWeb-IM software for Instructional Material Management from Hayes Software Systems, an industry leading K-12 inventory control software and services provider. Mecklenburg County Public Schools, which serves approximately 4,600 students, will now be able to track and report on instructional inventory usage across the eight school buildings and central office, allowing for a single, streamlined database solution.

The district selected TIPWeb-IM to improve the management and analysis of instructional material inventory throughout the district. Mecklenburg County Public Schools will begin implementation of the TIPWeb-IM instructional material inventory software and facilitate staff training this summer in anticipation of a fully deployed system at the beginning of the 2013-2014 school year.
