Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas Hosts Wine Tasting

SAN ANTONIO - July 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Wine for Wiener Dogs is Friday, July 12, 2013 from 6-9pm, at the  Boerne Convention Center, Boerne TX

The public is invited to come and enjoy wine tastings from Hill Country Wineries, a raffle, silent auction,hors d'oeuvres, door prizes, and live music. The Diamond Dachshund foster dogs will be in attendance as well. Attire: Cowboy Chic. Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcome to attend.

Tickets may be purchased in advance for $30 each at www.wineforwienerdogs.com. Tickets will also be available at the door on the night of the event.

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is an all-volunteer group in the heart of Texas that is dedicated to the health, welfare, and happiness of our dachshund friends. We are based in Central and South Central Texas and have volunteers in many parts of Texas. Since 2003 we have rescued more than 100 dachshunds per year, and some years that number has risen to almost 300.  We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization
