Adrian Petrillo is a Technical Client Support Analyst for the LDM Global team, bolstering the client services department’s ability to effectively support global client needs. Petrillo brings with him more than eight years of IT and software support experience and an in-depth understanding of the importance of superior customer service. “Adrian’s knowledge of systems and quality support will be a great asset to our team. His primary focus will be to support our increased number of global clients, enabling us to maintain the highest level of customer service,” said Jennifer Holt, Director of Technical Client Services.

Mackenzie Yelvington joins LDM Global as the newest member of its marketing team. Ms. Yelvington has four years direct experience managing corporate image and public relations.  Her knowledge of new and emerging marketing technologies is an immediate asset to the team, bringing new and innovative ways of communicating with a global client base. “Mackenzie’s experience in developing effective methods of communication will be a tremendous addition.  I’m extremely excited to see the positive impact her unique skills will bring to our team in our continued effort to provide relevant and timely industry resources to our global client base,” said Sales and Marketing Director Sarah Nunham.
