Actor Danny Boushebel takes star turn in Lifetime's "The Anna Nicole Story"

NEW YORK - June 28, 2013 - PRLog -- New York-based actor Danny Boushebel will portray Sali Elaha in the highly anticipated film The Anna Nicole Story, based on the life and times of the late, larger-than-life celebrity Anna Nicole Smith. The film will air on Saturday, June 29^th at 8 p.m. EST on Lifetime. Also starring are Agnes Bruckner (Anna Nicole) and Adam Goldberg (Howard K. Stern); it is directed by Mary Harron (Big Love, The L Word, Six Feet Under, etc.).

Danny Boushebel is a SAG/AFTRA actor who has appeared on notable TV shows, such as the critically-acclaimed multi-Emmy award-winning series Homeland; Damages; Law & Order and Law & Order: Criminal Intent; Drop Dead Diva; and many others. He has starred in several independent films, many of which were produced by his own company, Danbou Pictures.

In his career, Danny Boushebel has appeared opposite such actors as Mandy Patinkin, Dylan Baker, and Kelli Garner; and in projects that included Glenn Close and Christina Ricci, to name a few.
