Radicon launch extended range of pin and bush couplings

HUDDERSFIELD, U.K. - June 27, 2013 - PRLog -- The Radicon Elflex Pin and Bush coupling range, is the ideal product where a limited amount of misalignment of the shaft is unavoidable. The couplings work within the permissible limits of misalignment as per IS: 2693 and BS : 3170.

The design qualities of the Elflex coupling range, a cushioned drive type coupling that transmits the torque through rubber bushes, ensures the couplings have an excellent capacity to absorb shocks in the most challenging of applications. The couplings are therefore suitable for applications where shock or vibratory loads are encountered.

The design of the Elflex pin and bush coupling allows for drive in either direction, and the composition of the rubber bushes is unaffected by water, dust and atmospheric conditions making them an ideal coupling for a wide and varied range of industries.

The Elflex couplings require no lubrication, are easy to install, and require minimal maintenance. The bolts and rubber bushes design also allows for easy dismantling of the application to create a low maintenance and flexible coupling solution.
