Gulfgate Dodge in Houston Texas Gives Back

The staff at Gulfgate Dodge in Houston Texas was proud and honored to contribute a day of fun to one of the strongest families they have had the pleasure of meeting.

The past three years have been rough for the Stoeck family. Husband Chris has been fighting Hodgkins Lymphoma but continues to stay strong for his three children Braeden, Caleb, and Dylanie. This past week the staff at Gulfgate Dodge decided that they would extend a brand new Jeep Wrangler for the family to take for a day of fun in the sun.

They took the Jeep to surprise the boys at school who normally ride the bus home. Kim, Chris\' Wife, called the school ahead of time to have the boys waiting out by parent pick-up. The boy\'s mouth dropped when they saw their dad in the Jeep. They continued to the beach with the top down. The kids had a blast, and Chris was more than happy to spend this day with his family before his upcoming procedures. They road the ferry and saw dolphins on at sea.

Chris Stoeck is scheduled to go in this month for his bone marrow transplant. He\'s been told to expect a very bumpy road as his body hasn\'t fully recovered from his Stem Cell Transplant last August which failed and allowed his Hodgkin\\\'s Lymphoma to go to his lungs.  Kimberly says, it\'s been an extremely long three years due to the countless treatments of chemo, 23 straight rounds of radiation, numerous ER visits, and countless hospitals stays but Chris is a fighter.

Our hearts, thoughts, and prays go out to Chris and his wonderful family. We pray he has a fast and full recovery was the sentiment displayed by every staff member at Gulfgate Dodge in Houston Texas,
