Centurion Signs Named as a Signage Provider for the “Gateway to the Games”

EAST KILBRIDE, Scotland - June 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Centurion Signs UK (http://www.centurionsigns.co.uk/) are thrilled to announce that we have been accepted as an official signage provider for Glasgow Airport as they embark on a £17 million makeover.

The airport is undertaking many improvements and upgrades to their facilities in preparation for the 2014 Commonwealth Games, including a major rebrand.   A new logo will be revealed in the next few months, and main arrival areas of the airport will feature new graphics in time for the event.

Managing director of Glasgow Airport, Amanda McMillan said: “We see ourselves as being the gateway to the Games and not only will this significant investment ensure we continue to provide high quality facilities for passengers, it will help create a lasting legacy for Glasgow Airport and the city.”

Centurion Signs were one of many sign companies who applied for consideration to provide signage and graphics for the project and are excited to be one of the few companies who were accepted into their Value in Partnership Framework Agreement.

After successfully being selected at the initial stage on the merit of our survey and quotes for sample signage projects we were then one of 6 companies who submitted comprehensive tender documents outlining our services and commitment to meeting the airport’s needs and goals for signage over the coming rebrand.

We are proud to have been approved as a final supplier and look forward to working with Glasgow Airport on this project and beyond over the duration of the 4 year agreement.
