WHAT:          With summer right around the corner and the hot weather approaching, ice cream can be the perfect, cool escape from the scorching summer sun.  On Saturday, June 22, 2013 from 2:30PM-5:30PM, the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) is teaching students the art of making ice cream its new class, “Chill Out Making Ice Cream” taught by Chef JJ Gonson of Cuisine en Locale!  Chef Gonson will teach students the process of making their very own delectable custard-basted ice cream, frosty gra nite, and rich semi-freddo using all natural and local ingredients.  Satisfying any guest’s sweet tooth by making a little something unique will be easy after working with Chef Gonson.  Don’t let this valuable opportunity melt away, sign up now!
