Tindle’s Shortlisted in North East Accountancy Awards
Tindle’s shortlisting in the Accounting and Finance Employer of the Year category recognises the firm’s proven track record of putting the happiness, welfare and aspirations of its employees first.
The relatively young firm, which was established in 2000, endorses a pioneering ethos to nurture local people by investing in them through training to ensure they reach their full potential.
Within the last twelve months alone Tindle’s has upheld its 100% training success rate by investing more than £40,000 to support 14 members of staff obtain accredited qualifications and undertake professional development courses.
This investment has enabled the business to increase its turnover significantly in the last five years, create job opportunities, and career progression and promotion as well as leading to employee salary increases due to performance and training accolades for individual staff members.

The North East Accountancy Awards celebrate excellence within the fields of finance, accounting and tax from all industry sectors operating in the North East.
The firm will find out if they have won the Accounting and Finance Employer of the Year title at a special award ceremony on June 13th at The Hilton in Gateshead.
