TORONTO - May 29, 2013 - PRLog -- Varisport, Inc. will exhibit the ULTRASLIDE® Slideboard at the Westin Bristol Place-Toronto Airport in Toronto, CA as a part of the 2013 NHL Scouting Combine.

This year is Varisport’s sixth appearance at the NHL Scouting Combine. This year Varisport will co-host a lunch with Life Fitness/Hammer Strength for all NHL Strength Coaches in attendance to support networking, education and recognition in the hockey training community. The ULTRASLIDE Slideboard is a mainstay in hockey training programs and is currently in use by 21 NHL teams to support good skating form, enable off ice hockey training and drills and enhance sports-specific anaerobic training.

The Scouting Combine will allow all 30 NHL teams to interview as many rookie prospects as they wish over a four-day period. The players also will be put through a series of endurance tests that have become a staple of the Combine in preparation for team development for the new hockey season.
