Rainmaker Signs Agreement With Bloomberry Resorts To Implement GuestREV® At New Solaire Resort

ATLANTA - May 15, 2013 - PRLog -- The Rainmaker Group (http://www.letitrain.com/), a world leader in automated forecasting and profit optimization solutions (http://www.letitrain.com/gaming-and-hospitality-product-suite/products/guestrev/) for the Gaming & Hospitality industry, announced that it has signed an agreement with Bloomberry Resorts Corporation and Global Gaming Asset Management to implement GuestREV® at its flagship property, Solaire Resort & Casino, in Manila, Philippines.

Solaire Resort & Casino in Manila – which is expected to generate at least 40 percent of its revenue from the VIP market, and an even higher percentage once the casino gets established – is the first of four gaming establishments to open at the Entertainment City in Parañaque City, a multi-billion dollar mega-project built on reclaimed land, whose overarching goal is to fulfill the Philippine government’s vision to bring more tourism to the region.

In phase one, the five-star integrated resort complex will feature 500 spacious and beautifully appointed deluxe guest rooms, suites and bay-side villas overlooking picturesque Manila Bay, plus an additional 350 all-suite tower already under construction and scheduled to open next year.  This architecturally stunning property spans 1.77 million square-feet, which encompasses nearly 300,000 square feet for a world-class casino, luxury brand retail stores, and 15 dining options including four signature restaurants and bars.
