New CrossFit Provider Serving Lake Forest

GLENVIEW, Ill. - May 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Performance Factory Training, a CrossFit provider, is now offering CrossFit to the Lake Forest, Illinois area out of their Highwood location.  

The new location, located at 525 Bank Lane in Highwood, boasts a 5,000 square foot workout facility, gym, and locker/rest area.  

Performance Factory Training saw a need for a state of the art CrossFit training facility in the Lake Forest area, and established their new gym to help serve their client base in the area.

CrossFit is a unique workout routine which uses a variety of workout routines to target different body regions through natural body movements.  CrossFit is growing in popularity not only in the North Shore but across the entire US and is designed for people of any physical ability.
