CHARLESTON, S.C. - May 8, 2013 - PRLog -- On April 20 and 21, 2013, 360clean, the innovative-leader of the commercial janitorial industry, best known for their specialized approach to hygienic cleaning, held its Annual Franchise Conference in Charleston, SC.  

In attendance were Guest Speaker, Herbert Drayton III; CEO and founder, Barry Bodiford; President, Allison Bodiford; Director of Operations, Teri Bradshaw; and franchise owners from South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama, and Wisconsin.

Guest Speaker, Herbert Drayton III, is currently the Vice President and Health Services Manager for the Carolina Center for Occupational Health (CCOH) in North Charleston, SC, with over 20 years of experience in various capacities within the healthcare industry.  In addition to his current duties at the CCOH, Drayton is also the President of OpsAssure (www.opsassure.com).  Drayton’s presentation outlined the importance of creating and implementing a Human Resources strategy, focusing on due diligence when hiring and training, and incentivizing and recognizing outstanding employees.  

Other speakers were Director of Operations, Teri Bradshaw, who presented on the importance of client relations, the positive aspect of customer complaints, and shared characteristics of successful 360clean franchises; Atlanta franchise owner, Eddie Griffin, who shared his client relations, human resources, and marketing strategies; and Asheville, NC franchise owner, Rick Adams, who spoke about the benefits of a business partnership.      

Saturday afternoon consisted of an Awards Luncheon where 360clean recognized those franchise owners who have shown consistent growth, excellent customer service, and an overall commitment to the 360clean system in 2012.   The award winners are as follows:

Client Retention Award – Rick Adams and Charles Williams, A. Amanda Ruff, and Geraldine Huskey and Ron Campbell (all located in the Western Carolinas).  This is the second year consecutive year that this group has achieved this award.  

Business Development Champion – Rick Adams (Western Carolinas).

Rising Star Award – Trevis Taylor (SC Coast).

Brand Ambassador Award – Anthony Brown and Virginia Prioleau (SC Coast, 2011 Franchisee of the Year).

Rookie of the Year Award – Eddie Griffin (Atlanta, GA).

Franchisee of the Year Award – Sandra Williams and Will Garvin (SC Coast).  

Awards introduced this year were the Annual and Quarterly 360care Customer Satisfaction awards. These distinctions are awarded to the franchisees who have achieved the highest average rating from their clients on 360care Customer Satisfaction Surveys.  Award winners were:  

Annual 360care Customer Satisfaction Award (2012) – Rolan Covert (Wisconsin).  Award-$250 and free registration to the 2014 conference.  

Quarterly 360care Customer Satisfaction Award (Q1 2013) – Sandra Williams and Will Garvin (SC Coast).  Award - $100.

360clean also encouraged their franchise owners to become more instrumental in the growth of their business by unveiling the Inrease Sales. Set Sail. promotion.  Should an individual franchise owner increase their sales by at least $5,000 in monthly billing and maintain a 90% retention rate through 2013, they will be awarded with a free 4-day cruise to the Bahamas in January 2014.  Business Development Champion, Rick Adams, challenged all of his fellow franchisees by asking them to raise their hand if they were going to be on the cruise, and stated, “Success is a decision.  If you want it, you just make the decision and go after it.”  

The last order of business on Sunday was to provide the 360clean franchise owners in attendance with the training necessary to obtain the distinction of being named a JaniMed™ Certified Specialist.  JaniMed™ is 360clean’s specialized approach to cleaning, and is offered to all 360clean customers; however, those franchise owners who achieve JaniMed™ Certified Specialist status have shown a true commitment to becoming leaders in the hygienic cleaning movement.
