Unique Green Real Estate Team Is Formed in Southern California

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. - May 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Rhonda Stanton, Redlands, Kathy Szubota, Wildomar, and Nancy Yavorsky, Rancho Cucamonga, all Keller Williams Realty agents in Southern California, are proud to announce the formation of a unique green real estate team, Eco Savvy Real Estate Agents.

All three have received specialized training either through the National Association of Realtors' Green Designation or the Ecobroker Certification programs, in order to help buyers and sellers in real estate transactions identify features that promote healthy living and help save money. They also do consulting for owners who wish to make environmentally friendly improvements to their homes.

The agents have a team of green experts to help homeowners with improvements, including contractors, mortgage brokers, appraisers, energy auditors, architects, and landscapers, and they are up-to-date on various programs such as Energy Upgrade California which offers generous rebates up to $4,000 for energy efficiency improvements to their homes.

The Eco Savvy Team has sponsored booths at area expos featuring their services and has also organized Inland Empire Green Drinks, affiliated with Green Drinks International. All three are members of the Inland Empire Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and are organizing members of the Chapter's Green Homes Committee.
