Brain Injury Victims Cross the Finish Line in 19th Annual 5K Run!

MURRAY, Utah - May 6, 2013 - PRLog -- Event Information: 5K Run, Walk and Roll
Date: Saturday, May 18, 2013. 7 a.m. registration. 8 a.m. start time

Location: Liberty Park – 650 East 1300 South
Registration: Tickets are $25 until May 6th and includes a t-shirt, and $30 after May 6th and can be purchased online at http://www.biau.org or by calling (801)716-4993.
With an early start, the race starts promptly at 8 a.m. All runner’s will be timed. Top racers in each category will receive prizes. In addition, there will be a vendor fair, prizes for top fundraisers, and a drawing.

Roll! “Our Run, Walk and Roll was built on the foundation that allows survivors, supporters, friends, and the community to become involved, regardless of their age or physical ability. Our 5K has given us the opportunity to serve and change the lives of so many, by allowing us to continue our mission of hope and healing.” said Ron Roskos, Executive Director of the Brain Injury Alliance of Utah. “Born out of the idea that the ‘impossible’ can be achieved, the BIAU Run, Walk, Roll is one of the largest 5K’s in Salt Lake and has easily become one of the most favored events.”

The funds we raise this year will help us provide support and resources to the 56,000 Utahans who are currently living with the devastating effects of a brain injury.
