Conditioning You to be Your Best

VAN NUYS, Calif. - May 5, 2013 - PRLog -- When you decided to start training to fight, you probably had no idea that choosing the right place to train could be a lengthy and involved process.  The truth is simple though: you want the best.  You don’t want to just settle for something.

At the International Fighting Center, you don’t have to.  The IFC is prepared to take you to the next level when you join them.  They make sure that there’s a place for everyone:  whether you want to enjoy some solo time at the gym, attend some group classes, get your children involved, or even find a personal trainer.

Their classes are spread throughout the day to be accommodating to your schedule. You can always find an updated version of their weekly classes – starting at 9am for the early birds – so that you can plan out your week to include exercise.

Throughout the day, IFC includes periodic open gym time so that if you don’t want to participate in a class, you won’t feel pressured. You can stop by for a few minutes in your free time or you can come up with your own personal training routine that you need to use the gym for.  With the open gym times posted with the classes, you’ll always know when to plan to hit the gym.

The kids’ classes are great if you’re whole family is training or even if your son or daughter has expressed a particular interest.   Whether your children are learning how to box, learning jiu jitsu, or learning the proper ways to wrestle, the IFC can be a great place for your child to let off some steam.  This can be a great outlet if your child has a lot of energy, if they’re having a rough time, or even if they’re just looking to learn something new.

The personal training that’s offered by IFC can be a great way to get some one-on-one training. If you don’t enjoy class work, you can still get a professional to help you out. This can be great if you want to train for one of the IFC’s fighting events or if you just have a large hurdle to overcome on the road to getting in-shape.
