*Humidifier - Keep a humidifier in the office so the air is not dry
*20 inches- Computer screens should be kept 20 inches away from eyes
*Keep it clean- Dirty computer screens reduce clarity
*Veggies and Sleep- Healthy eating and adequate rest helps with eye health
