Newly formed ILS Group signs sub label agreement with Universal Music Canada

TORONTO - April 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Dominique Zgarka, CEO of Independent Label Services Group Inc. (ILS) has signed an enhanced distribution agreement enabling his roster of third-party labels to be distributed via Universal Music Canada (UMC), the country’s leading music company with immediate effect.  The announcement was made today by Zgarka and Randy Lennox, President & CEO, UMC.

ILS offers its third-party labels full servicing, which includes a host of services, and with this agreement would further allow such labels to benefit from Universal’s market leadership and in-house marketing and promotion services in Canada. The first group of ILS distributed labels to be launched through this unique system will be announced in the near future.
