Smith began his career in sales and marketing for companies such as Ancestry.com, where he more than tripled the company’s user base. He went on to build a sales organization of over 50,000 people as a distributor for XanGo. When he saw a void at XanGo for effective online marketing tools, Smith co-founded MyMangosteen.com, a distributor web toolkit. Tens of thousands of XanGo distributors enrolled with MyMangosteen.com to build their businesses, making it the most popular web marketing system in the entire company.

Most recently, Smith served as President and Chief Marketing Officer of iCentris, Inc., the premier provider of online direct sales tools used by many of the largest and most successful network marketing companies in the world.
