-- Since it went on live about two years ago, Profone GSM tracker has received lots of good comments on Facebook since I did not enable on-site comment system. In the meantime, many people searched it on Google and Yahoo and arrived at this tool. Since it took numerous hours to build, I only shared the code to webmasters, and declined any request since.
Today I am glad to announce that Profone GSM tracker has been updated and new features have been added together with other improvements. The overall layout remained the same, while it's quicker to load and results are more accurate. I will outline the changes below. In the meantime, you can give it a fresh try here http://cellphonetrackers.org/
First, new source has been added. In the past, the search solely relies on Google's location servers. All search requests will be forwarded and processed by Google server, then the results will be returned to my blog and showed to our visitors and users. Now I have added more than one source to the tool in case if you do not get the results, backups are available for recheck. At the same time, if you think the location data is not as precise as you would think, then it's high recommended to try our secondary services.
It also has been simpler to use. If the search does not return any data, then it will prompt you to use the new tool based on other sources and it does not require any action and operation on our users' side.
Second, neighboring cell sites data have been added. If your cell tower (represented by LAC and Cell ID) is in the vicinity of other base stations, the tool will remind you that neighboring cell phone towers are available and will provide a few nearest ones with location, MNC, MCC, LAC and Cid etc. You can copy or save the data for other uses, or use them to do new searches.
Last but not the least; we do not require MNC and MCC in the search. If you perform a search, simply enter your LAC and CellID and that’s all. This will surely save our clients and readers time and energy.
I am making new improvements and adding new features all the time. I am also very glad to hear from any of our visitors and users. If you have any question or suggestion, please leave a comment here http://www.facebook.com/cellphonetracking
