Factor XI ELISA Kit from Affinity Biologicals, for use in hemostasis and coagulation research

March 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Affinity Biologicals has added to their popular line of VisuLize™ Complete ELISA Kits.  The new Factor XI antigen kit will help to compliment their existing Factor VIII Antigen, Factor IX Antigen and TAFI Antigen Kits.

The VisuLize™ Factor XI Antigen ELISA Kit is a complete - 1 plate ELISA Kit intended for use in the quantitative determination of FXI antigen levels in human plasma.    Employing the rapid sandwich ELISA technique, FXI antigen levels are reported as Units/ml and are traceable to the ISTH SSC standard for FXI activity in approximately 2hrs.  The kit includes: a pre-coated plate in a convenient 6x16 well format, calibrator plasma, two vials of each control A and B, sample diluent, wash buffer concentrate, ready-to-use detecting antibody, TMB substrate and stop solutions.
