Feb. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- So, the D-Day is less than 24 hours away. The CMAT February 2013 (http://www.mbauniverse.com/mba-exam-preparation/cmat_preparation/cmat_exam.php) exam is beginning on Thursday (February 21). Till now, you have prepared hard. Now, for the next few hours, do not burden yourself with the thoughts of the exam. Stay calm and relaxed and spend quality time with friends and relatives.

How to spend hours before the exam? MBAUniverse.com has some tips to offer.

Relax and take it easy: Start the day in a relaxed note. Take it as just another day. Ensure that you have a relaxed and healthy mind set to pull through the day.

No mocks on the last day: You have already taken enough mock tests, analyzed them, worked on your weak areas and honed your strengths. Don’t stress yourself by taking any more mock tests. If you have yet anything to do, just let it be. As the mantra for the day is to relax, don’t even think of taking another mock test. It would do more harm than good.

Visit your test centre: It is highly advisable to visit your test centre at least two days prior to the test. If you haven’t visited it yet, today is the time. Be sure about the locality and the time it takes to reach there from your home.
Spend time with family and friends: Spending time with family and close friends is a good way to keep your motivation level high. You can go for a movie or restaurants or just hit your favourite hangout spot.

Do what you like most: Spend the day doing what you like to do most or to put it in a simpler way, just engage in any hobby of yours. It can be reading a book, watching your favourite channel on TV, surfing Internet, playing with your pet or just chilling at home with friends and family.

Don’t exert yourself: While you surely need to relax and enjoy yourself, don’t think that it’s the dooms day and fulfil all your wishes in one go. It might leave you too exhausted for the next day.

Get adequate sleep: A fresh body and mind is what you need for the D Day. Get adequate sleep, rather some extra sleep on the night before. As you have to reach the test centre minimum one and half hours before the test time, you should sleep off early and get up early after having adequate sleep.

Now, let us see what you need to do on the exam date.

A typical testing day for CMAT will have two exam sessions. Session timings are as follows:

Session 1: Testing will begin at 9:30 AM. Candidates are required to arrive at the test centre not later than 8:00 AM for security checks, identity verification, and check-in.

Session 2: Testing will begin at 2:30 pm. Candidates are required to arrive at the test centre not later than 1:00 pm.
